As of March 2023, The City of Marshall Water and Sewer Department will require all bills to be paid in full monthly. Late fees will be added to accounts that are paid after the 10th. Unpaid balances after the 15th will be disconnected. To reconnect, the full balance PLUS a $75.00 reconnect fee will be required.
